Lagos made no appearance on Monday night as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) as the state came out clean after the agency announced a fresh 38 new cases of the dreaded coronavirus also known as COVID-19.
In the place Lagos, Kano took the a huge 23 new cases, Gombe five, Kaduna three, Borno two and Abia two.
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) appeared again with just one case while Sokoto and Ekiti also have one case each.
The 38 new cases has brought the total figure across the country to 665 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. 188 persons have been treated and discharged, while 22 persons have died as a result of the disease.
