Lagos tops COVID-19 table with 39 new cases

More 170 new cases of corona virus also known as COVID-19 has been announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) which said that the much of the disease were found in Lagos.

The NCDC is a statement on Sunday said Lagos has 39 new cases in the new result announced while Kano has 29.  Also Ogun, Bauchi and Kaduna have 24, 18 and 15 respectively, while FCT has 12 new cases.
Sokoto also have 12 new cases, Katsina has eight, Borno seven, Nasarawa three, Adamawa two, and Oyo one.
The 170 new cases has raised the figure of confirmed corona virus cases in Nigeria to 2558, while discharged persons stands at 400.

The number of fatalities arising from the disease  jump from 85 to 87 following the announcement of two new deaths.
