Ndubuoke while x raying the team list said Rohr has made no surprise inclusion from the goalkeeping to the attack.
“If Rohr had included say an Ejide or Enyama as one of his goalkeepers, then he would have surprised some people. If he had also included an attacker that was not part of the team before now, then we would have been saying surprise, surprise.
But as things stand now, the man is sticking to those he know and they also represent our best legs right now. So, I think Rohr has done the right thing moving forward,” Ndubuoke said.
The former NFF board member said his only worry for the team is that of injuries.
“I pray injuries don’t deplete the team as we enter the crucial stage of our build up to competition,” he said.
He was quick to add that Rohr has a young team that could go Russia to make an appreciable impact, especially against the backdrop of the fact that the NFF has done well in the area of giving the team adequate preparation.
“The NFF came up with a World Cup program which all of us applauded and the good thing is that that program is being executed religiously. So, what else does a team need to succeed?” Ndubuoke queried.
