Army officer dies mysteriously in Lagos

Barely a week after a naval officer died under a mysterious circumstances in Jaji Kaduna state an Army officer, identified as Major Austin Efam, has died, following an auto crash inside the Ojo military cantonment in Lagos.

Military sources told newsreportersng.com that the  accident occurred in the early hours of Monday after his car allegedly hit the car of one Major M.A Tombri from the rear.
The car immediately went up in flames and efforts to retrieve the officer already trapped in his own car failed.
However, before help could come, he was burnt beyond recognition. The fire was later extinguished and the corpse of Major Efam was retrieved.
Effort to get official confirmation from the Army Spokesperson in Lagos Lieutenant Colonel Olaolu Daudu failed as he declined comments, explaining that the family of the officer is yet to be informed.
Daily Sun gathered that Major Efam works with the 81 Division Finance unit.
