Peace and Conflict Resolution Resource Centre (PEACrEc) in a bid to alleviate the pain and suffering of the less privileged children during the lock down caused by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has reached out to children living in poor communities of Lagos spanning from Oshodi, Ipaja, Akowonjo, Igando to Agbado area of Ogun State.
PEACrEc was able to carry out this responsibility with the help of well-meaning Nigerians who responded to the NGO’s call in both cash and kind and also Organizations including Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC, PZ Cussons, NORDICA Fertility Centre and Federal Government College, Ijanikin ‘84 Set, who partnered with the NGO to put smiles on the faces of these less privileged children.
The NGO extended a hand of help to the Chelsea and Roland Foundation by giving various items distributed by PEACrEc so that the Foundation can help to reach out to poor children within their jurisdiction. Children of Little Saints Orphanage at Akowonjo also received the gifts items from PEACrEc.
